COOKIE POLICY

Nothing is stored on your device before you agree to it.

This policy explains every cookie and every piece of local storage used by pframevideo.com, why it exists and how you can change your decision at any time.

1. What we mean by cookies

“Cookies” here covers cookies and equivalent technologies stored in your browser, including localStorage. They are small pieces of data a site can write on your device and read back on your next visit.

PFRAME does not use fingerprinting, session replay, cross-site tracking or advertising identifiers.

2. Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required)

European rules allow these without consent because the site cannot deliver the service you asked for without them.

  • pframe_consent — stores your cookie decision so we stop asking. First-party cookie, kept for 6 months.
  • pframe-language — stores your language preference. First-party localStorage entry, kept until you clear your browser data.
  • pframe_upload — private session cookie for paying clients on the upload page only. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax, valid 14 days.
  • Cloudflare may set a technical cookie needed to route traffic and protect the site against attacks.

3. Audience measurement

No analytics tool is installed today. If we add one, it will load only after you accept the “Audience measurement” category, and this page will be updated with the tool name, purpose and retention before it goes live.

4. Marketing

No advertising pixel or marketing cookie is installed today. The category exists so that consent is collected properly before any is ever added.

5. Embedded third-party content

The custom-project booking calendar is provided by Calendly. Its calendar is not loaded into the page until you accept the “Embedded content” category, because Calendly sets its own cookies once it loads.

You can always open the same calendar directly on calendly.com in a new tab instead, in which case only Calendly’s own policy applies.

Payment pages are hosted by Stripe. You leave our site to reach them, and Stripe applies its own cookie policy, including cookies necessary for fraud prevention.

6. Changing or withdrawing your choice

Select “Manage my cookies” at the bottom of any legal page to reopen the preferences panel, change any category and save again. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings. If you delete the pframe_consent cookie, the banner will appear again on your next visit.

7. If you refuse everything

The site works normally. You can read every page, see the pricing, use the FAQ and buy a plan. Only the embedded booking calendar is replaced by a link that opens Calendly in a new tab.
